Dr. Sangkil Moon currently serves as the Chair for the Department of Marketing within the Belk College of Business. His research deals with Marketing/Consumer Analytics, Innovation Analytics, Marketing Research, and Social Media Analytics and has been published in various leading journals including the Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, Management Science, Journal of Retailing, International Journal of Research in Marketing, Journal of Interactive Marketing, Journal of Business Research, Journal of International Marketing, and European Journal of Marketing. He won the 2002 Marketing Science Institute Alden G. Clayton Dissertation Proposal Competition and the 2008 Davidson Award for best paper (awarded by the Journal of Retailing).
